Corey Taylor brings Knotfest to Peoria, Illinois for a powerful evening of Metal


This metalcore band hailing from Ocala, Florida hit the scene in 2011 and now twenty years and 4 years later they are still going strong. Vocalist Briton Bond, lead guitarist Seth Blake, rhythm guitarist Cody Quistad, bassist Chris Gaylord, and drummer Stephan Kluesener made their impression on fans opening the show with an explosion of sound.  Opening with “Relapse” and playing an 11 song set including “Teeth”, “High Horse” and closing with “Stitch”. 


Mid-western metal band Slipknot has been rocking the world since 1995. Starting small in the early years and growing in the years following they have been taking over stages with 9 members. Between the masks, powerhouse sound, lyrics, and presence there is not many bands that can dominate any venue big or small. Vocalist and co-founder of band Stone Sour Corey Taylor, percussionists Shawn “Clown” Crahan and Michael Pfaff, keyboardist Craig “133” Jones, Guitarists Mick Thomson and Jim Root, bassist Alessandro Venturella, drummer Jay Weinberg and on the turntables Sid WIlson. Playing a 20 song set including “Disasterpiece”, “Unsainted”, “The Devil in I” and “Surfacing” It goes to show when Slipknot comes into town it is going to be a loud and amazing night.
